FRUITLINE: Special amarena cherry
Special Amareno Cherry and cubes of semi-candied lemon are products created for the ice cream industry, with an ideal °Bx for mechanical dosage.
They maintain optimum softness, even at temperatures below zero, which makes them suitable for use for decoration and well as for filling for ice creams and sorbets.
Black Cherry Berry is the range of bright, naturally coloured cherries without preservatives, allergens and SO2 residue.
