GREENLINE: L.W.A. vegetables

From Cesarin S.p.A.’s experience and tradition in the agrifood industry comes the Greenline range of products.
This deals with a L.W.A. vegetables range of products with a controlled humidity value.
They are the only alternative to dehydrated and frozen/fresh vegetables available on the market.
They are divided into two families: LG vegetables (Low grade), characterised by the excellent organoleptic look, they have a good resistance to the stress of processing and also a limited water release.
LG line vegetables are ideal for all those processing jobs where a reduced water activity improves the preservation, keeping the freshness of the product unaltered for a longer time.
HG vegetables (High grade), endowed with a low value of humidity residue and a very limited water activity, offer the ease of use and preservation of the dehydrated vegetables without featuring the main problems of that ingredient, such as low organoleptic value and excessive fibrous texture. The result in the finished product when using GreenLine L.W.A. vegetables is a prolonged shelf life as well as a more gratifying look and taste which will not make you regret not using fresh or frozen vegetables.
