lemon ice-cream

 

ingredients

  • 2200 gr lemon base
  • 800 gr lemon juice
  • 1000 gr water
  • slices of lemon for decoration

preparation

Mix the diced lemons and water;
add the lemon juice and pour into the blender; freeze;
after blending pour into a tray and add the decorative slices of lemon;
leave to stand for 20 minutes;
place in the shop window at -14°C or store in a fridge at -18°/-20°C.
