chocolate and pear cake

 

ingredients

Recipe for 2 cakes of 22cm of diameter

  • 300g pear TuttaFrutta Pear
    already strained for about 1 hour in a strainer
  • 400g caster sugar
  • 300g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 800 flour type "00"
  • 30 chemical baking powder
  • 150 gr plain chocolate
  • icing sugar

preparations

Mix the sugar, the butter, the eggs and the 6 egg yolks, then add the flour, the baking powder, 300g of Pear TuttaFrutta and the chocolate. Mix everything until the flour is completely blended, then part the mixture in two portions and put them in cake tins already greased with butter and flour.

Bake for about 40 minutes at 150° C in airy oven or 200° C in static oven; let cool, capsize and dust with icing sugar.
