Summer, time to draw conclusion!

The first semester of 2017 has established Cesarin has the favourite technical partner for some of the best Italian pastry chef, known worldwide. 

 

The first great satisfaction was the beginning of the first CESARIN ACADEMY TOUR, a tour across Italy in the sign of the sweet goodies captained by Roberto Rinaldini, AMPI Master (Master Academy Italian Pastry Chef) and Relais Dessert.

At every stage Master Rinaldini has given life to a practice/theory demonstration interpreting the Made in Italy pastry, identifying the quality of the products, the capacity of the Pastry Chef and the marketing which is the added value to win the market challenges.

The 6 appointments of the Cesarin academy tour has been reserved to an insider public between pastry chef, restaurateurs, bakers and ice-cream man from all Italy, to make Cesarin become a landmark for the final consumer.

From September, Cesarin SpA reaches the televisions, as a sponsor of the new program Iginio massari - The SweetMan, the new transmission Aired on channel Sky Uno HD in which the award-winning Master welcomes cooking enthusiasts to prepare their favourite dessert. 

Has a real sparring partner, Iginio Massari with a careful look but with pleasantness, expose corrections and tips at his guests in way to create the perfect sweet.

Lastly the territory events.

As well this year has not missed the appointments to the principal Italian and Foreign exhibition:

  • -In January Sigep, Rimini exhibition dedicated to the pastry, showed the cooking-show of the masters Carlo Pozza, Stefano Marcazzan and Luca Dall’Omo.
  • In May, has guest of the World Pastry Star, the most important international event dedicated to the pastry world.

What is left for us in the next season?

  • Strong of the success from the first season, Cesarin propose the second edition of the Cesarin Academy Tour, reinforcing the partnership with Master Roberto Rinaldini. The stages will cover the entire national territory and soon available on our web site.
  • Always with Iginio Massari, it consolidates the television presence with the evening edition of “Iginio Massari- The SweetMan” in which Cesarin confirms to be Technical partner for all the candied fruit and the semi-candied fruit.
  • Continue the partnership with the world of the high range pastry, first of all the AMPI, which rewards Cesarin SpA has company that propose a particular research to the quality of the marketed products.
