TopGel Mirror transparent glaze for ice-cream cake Cesarin

TopGel Mirror

Topgel Mirror Selection is a transparent mirror glaze especially studied to cover cakes and semifreddi, guaranteeing they stand up to cutting perfectly at all times. It confers a smooth and compact aspect to cakes, does not drip along the borders and remains bright even at temperatures below zero. The neutral taste can be used as a cold gelatine, while for all other references, despite the fact that they can be used cold, it is advisable to heat it in the microwave to a temperature of 45-55° C, pour it over the cold cake and place it in a cooler for about 5 minutes before proceeding with the final decoration.
